What is Parkour? Parkour is the art of movement. A sport, that can teach you how to overcome an obstacle in your path. It requires a high level of agility, strength and fluidity within the body. An intense amount of training, and patience is required to master the art of movement. Some people practice parkour just to stay fit. But to us, Parkour is not just a sport, or an art. It is a way of life.

What is Urban Flux? It is a community within the Durham Region that work as a group to help and train each other to achieve this way of life.

Gym Meets (Not yet confirmed. Please standby for updates)
There will be PK gym meets at the Pickering Athletic Centre every Sunday evening. It will be 2-hour session, from 7PM till 9PM. The cost is $10 per session. You are all encouraged to show up at least 15 minutes early to make the payments, and get changed for the warm-up on time.

The session will go as follows:

7:00 - 7:30 > stretch/warm-up
7:30 - 8:30 > basic skills training
8:30 - 9:00 > do what you want!
